Due to the Covid-19 pandemic that happened globally, many of the organizations are forced to temporarily shut down or reduce working hours by the local government.

This is affecting the progress of the transition or migration schedule in most of the OHSAS 18001:2007 certified organizations.

To overcome this, IAF had announced on 3 April 2020, the migration dateline of OHSAS 18001:2007 to ISO 45001:2018 has extended to 30 September 2021.
