Step 1 :
If your ISO 22000 are in version 2005. Start to plan the ISO 22000:2018 transition before the dateline. All the transition need to be done before 29 Jun 2021.
Step 2 :
Do gap analysis on your current food safety management system with reference to ISO 22000:2018
Step 3 :
Found the gap, and implement the new requirements and changes in the current management system
Step 4 :
Conduct an internal audit to check the implementation result.
Step 5 :
Gather the management team to review on the implementation process and internal audit result.
Step 6 :
If the management review result is satisfied, you can engage the ISO Certification Body on the ISO 22000:2018 transition audit.
Step 7 :
External Certification body conduct the transition audit. Then, can proceed for the certification approval process.
